Connection to Taylor Swift

Taylor’s most frequent and longest-running creative collaborator, and in her own words one of her best friends. Their partnership began on the 1989 album and has run through reputation, Lover, folklore, evermore and Midnights, with the catalogue recording more than 150 production and writing credits to his name. The two coined what they call the “rant bridge”, a stream-of-consciousness crescendo of intrusive thought, metaphor and shouting that climbs to a song’s emotional peak and is then brought back before the end; she points to Out of the Woods, Cruel Summer and Is It Over Now? as examples.
